Established in 1956 as a concrete production facility under the Postal Engineering Company and equitized in 2006, the company is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, and operates as an affiliated entity of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT). The company operates across industrial manufacturing, civil engineering construction, and commercial distribution segments. Its core product and service portfolio comprises: plastic conduit systems, including unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) cable protection pipes, high-impact PVC HI-3P conduits for high-load road crossings, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) smooth and corrugated pipes for telecommunications and power grids, two-piece PVC-U split duct pipes, and specialized pipeline accessories; precast concrete structures, including prestressed centrifugal concrete poles, H-section utility poles, and foundation blocks for telecom cable suspension and power distribution networks; telecommunication cabling products, including local copper cables and subscriber fiber optic cables; engineering and construction services, including topographic surveying, technical design, installation, and civil construction of telecommunications towers, optical networks, and information technology infrastructure; and commercial trading activities, including the import, export, supply, and maintenance of specialized post, telecommunications, and industrial construction machinery and equipment. The company primarily serves state-owned telecommunications operators, regional power corporations, and civil infrastructure developers across all provinces of Vietnam. In recent corporate developments, the company has implemented significant organizational and governance changes through extraordinary general shareholder meetings, approving amendments to its corporate charter and restructuring its Board of Directors and Supervisory Board following executive leadership transitions. Strategically, the company has been aligning its operations with state enterprise restructuring and divestment roadmaps within the VNPT ecosystem, modernizing its automated extrusion and centrifugal concrete production facilities to fulfill stringent technical standards for urban underground cable relocation, and expanding its technical contracting footprint in national digital infrastructure and power modernization projects.
