Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak Province, Vietnam, the company provides essential public utility services to municipal authorities, commercial enterprises, and residential communities across the Central Highlands region. The company operates across several integrated business segments: environmental sanitation and waste management, comprising the collection, transportation, and treatment of non-hazardous municipal solid waste; septic tank pumping, sewer dredging, and industrial cleaning; leachate treatment and municipal wastewater processing; urban greenery and forestry, including the maintenance, cultivation, and pruning of street trees, public parks, floral arrangements, and scenic reserve forests; public works and municipal lighting management, involving the operation, maintenance, and modernization of public street lighting networks, traffic signaling systems, sidewalks, decorative illumination, public squares, and monuments; civil and infrastructure construction, encompassing the construction and repair of urban roads, bridges, drainage networks, road marking applications, and electrical installation works; and ancillary manufacturing and public utility services, including the manufacturing of traffic signage, waste containers, and specialized sanitation tools; the production and distribution of organic fertilizers and waste-derived environmental treatment products; and cemetery administration, funeral, and cremation services. In recent strategic and operational developments, the company has reorganized its operating structure by establishing the Ban Me Environmental Services Enterprise to expand commercial environmental operations and enhance its municipal waste handling capacity, which manages over 325 tonnes of solid waste daily. Following its equitization and listing on the UPCoM market, the company adopted an updated corporate charter and streamlined governance under a ownership structure anchored by majority private stakeholder Hoang Nam Road and Bridge Construction Company Limited alongside the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, while continuing to modernise its vehicle fleet, win major municipal utility contracts, and expand urban beautification and smart lighting initiatives throughout Buon Ma Thuot and surrounding districts.
