- Vimarko Joint Stock Company is a Vietnamese enterprise engaged primarily in renewable energy generation, the wholesale distribution of construction steel and building materials, and the supply of industrial construction equipment. Founded on May 2, 2019, and headquartered in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, with representative offices in Hanoi, the company operates across the renewable energy and industrial commerce sectors, catering to regional power grids, real estate developers, and civil engineering contractors throughout Vietnam.
The company organizes its business operations into two principal segments: Renewable Energy and Commercial Trading. In the Renewable Energy segment, Vimarko specializes in the investment, development, and operation of grid-connected rooftop solar power plants and farm-based solar systems; the generation and distribution of clean electricity to the national grid under power purchase agreements with state utility Vietnam Electricity (EVN); and the technical maintenance and management of solar energy infrastructure, operating key solar generation facilities across Lam Ha District in Lam Dong Province as well as Dong Xuan District and Tuy An District in Phu Yen Province. In the Commercial Trading segment, the company engages in the wholesale supply, warehousing, and distribution of construction steel, rebar, and structural steel products; civil and commercial building materials; and specialized construction machinery, installation tools, and engineering equipment serving infrastructure and construction projects predominantly in Hanoi and the surrounding northern provinces. The company also manages complementary property investments and residential development initiatives.
In recent corporate developments, Vimarko debuted on the public equity market with its official listing on the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM) under ticker VMK in January 2024. Following its market debut, the company implemented several capital enhancement and strategic expansion initiatives, including a public offering of over 3.1 million shares to existing shareholders to fund solar energy asset additions, pay down liabilities, and finance residential assets, followed by a 13 percent stock dividend distribution in August 2025 that increased its charter capital to over 79 billion VND. To strengthen its project execution and operational footprint, Vimarko entered into strategic partnerships with partners such as Fitran Holding Joint Stock Company and Fitran Invest Joint Stock Company for solar asset investments, material procurement, and property finishing projects at the Xanh Villas complex. In mid-2025, the company also carried out executive governance restructuring following the transitions of its Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer.
