- Franklin U.S. Equity Index ETF (USPX) is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investment results corresponding to the performance of the Morningstar US Target Market Exposure Index, before fees and expenses, by investing primarily in large- and mid-capitalization U.S. stocks representing the top 85% of the U.S. equity market by float-adjusted market capitalization; it offers low-cost, tax-efficient exposure to diversified U.S. equities across sectors including information technology (approximately 34%), financials, consumer discretionary, communication services, and health care; the portfolio comprises approximately 534 holdings with top positions in NVIDIA Corp, Microsoft Corp, Apple Inc, Alphabet Inc, and Amazon.com Inc. As of late 2025, the fund maintains total net assets of approximately $1.65 billion, with shares outstanding around 27.55 million and robust institutional ownership including Franklin Resources Inc. and Bank of New York Mellon Corp.
