Business
Vinda International Holdings Limited, a leading Asian hygiene products manufacturer, produces and sells household paper and personal care items including tissues under the Vinda, Tempo, Vinda Professional and TORK brands; incontinence care products under TENA and Dr.P brands; feminine care under Libresse; and baby care under Libero and Drypers, alongside wood pulp and machinery trading, home health care consulting, import-export activities and steam production. The company operates through Household Paper Products and Personal Care Products segments, serving family care, away-from-home, and OEM markets across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan and over 100 additional sales regions with 12 production bases. Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, Vinda functions as a subsidiary of Asia Pacific Resources International Limited following its HK$26.1 billion privatization via voluntary general offer and compulsory acquisition by Isola Castle Ltd, an RGE Group entity, completed in August 2024.
