(TSXV: VTT; OTCQB: VDTAF) is a Canadian junior exploration company engaged in acquiring, exploring, and developing mineral properties, primarily focused on lead-zinc deposits in Australia. The company holds 100% interest in the Pegmont Property, comprising three granted mining leases and one exploration permit covering approximately 8,290 hectares in northwest Queensland within the Mount Isa Inlier, a premier lead-zinc belt; it also maintains an option to acquire 100% interest in the nearby Killer Bore Property, a high-grade zinc target. Pegmont features a 2018 mineral resource estimate of 5.8 million tonnes indicated and 8.3 million tonnes inferred, supporting an open-pit mining inventory of 8.9 million tonnes plus 1.7 million tonnes of high-grade underground feed per the January 2019 preliminary economic assessment, which outlined robust economics including annual production potential of 124 million pounds of lead, 50 million pounds of zinc, and 298,000 ounces of silver over a 10-year mine life. Vendetta Mining Corp. was incorporated in 2009, formerly known as Azincourt Resources Inc. until its name change in July 2010, and is headquartered at 409 Granville Street in Vancouver, British Columbia. In October 2024, the company upsized and closed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 39.5 million units to raise funds for advancing Pegmont development and exploration.
