The company's principal asset is a 3.5% net smelter return royalty on the Silverstone concessions and a 2.0% net smelter return royalty on certain other concessions of Vizsla Silver Corp.'s flagship Panuco silver-gold project located in Sinaloa, Mexico, an underexplored area of the Western Mexico Silver Belt that represents the world's largest undeveloped high-grade silver primary resource advancing toward production in H2 2027. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Vizsla Royalties targets mining operators and third-party royalty holders in the precious metals sector, with operations centered on high-grade silver-gold districts. In June 2025, the company completed the transformative acquisition of an additional 3.0% net smelter return royalty on the Panuco project for US$40 million, fully consolidating all royalties in the district and significantly increasing shareholder exposure to this Tier 1 asset; it simultaneously closed a C$63 million bought deal offering, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option, to fund the purchase. Earlier in 2025, Vizsla Royalties closed the first tranche of a private placement raising C$5 million in gross proceeds and adopted a new compensation plan with incentive reward grants to align management with shareholder value creation as the portfolio expands.
