Tidal Trust II – Defiance Daily Target 2X Long VST ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to two times the daily percentage change in the share price of Vistra Corp. (NYSE: VST). Trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker VSTL, the Fund provides leveraged single-stock exposure to Vistra, an integrated retail electricity and power-generation company, and is designed principally for sophisticated, actively monitoring investors seeking short-term exposure to the U.S. independent power and renewable electricity producers industry. The Fund was launched on July 21, 2025, is a series of Tidal Trust II, and is advised by Tidal Investments LLC, a Tidal Financial Group company. The Fund is headquartered administratively in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. The Fund pursues its objective primarily through total-return swap agreements referencing Vistra common stock and may use listed options contracts, including short-dated in-the-money call options and other options strategies; it also maintains collateral investments in U.S. Treasury securities, money market funds, short-term bond ETFs, commercial paper and other short-term investment-grade debt instruments. It rebalances its derivatives exposure daily to target approximately 200% exposure to Vistra’s daily share-price movement, maintains a policy to invest at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in instruments with economic characteristics expected to provide 2x daily VST exposure, and is classified as non-diversified under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The Fund does not seek to provide 2x Vistra’s return over periods longer than one trading day, and daily compounding, volatility, financing costs, derivatives availability and counterparty conditions can cause returns over longer periods to diverge materially from the stated daily target. As of September 4, 2026, VSTL reported net assets of approximately $12.77 million, 539,985 shares outstanding, 11 holdings and a 1.30% gross expense ratio. Recent major operational changes include a 1-for-3 reverse split of issued and outstanding shares effective after the close of Nasdaq trading on March 19, 2026; the Fund has also continued to implement its leveraged-exposure strategy through multiple Vistra-linked swaps and collateral holdings, including U.S. Treasury bills and government money market investments.
