- VVT Med Inc. develops, manufactures and distributes minimally invasive, non-thermal and non-tumescent medical-device solutions for the treatment of venous disease, initially targeting varicose veins and related medical and aesthetic indications. The Company’s principal catheter-based products comprise ScleroSafe®, a catheter-directed sclerotherapy and foam-delivery platform that combines simultaneous sclerosant injection and blood aspiration to treat a broad range of vein diameters, including reticular and spider veins under its expanded U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance; and V-Block™, a catheter-based venous-treatment system designed for office-based procedures. Its products are intended to enable anesthesia-free treatment with limited downtime, pain and side effects for vascular surgeons, phlebologists, interventional radiologists and other vein-care providers. ScleroSafe® and V-Block™ are FDA-cleared and CE-marked technologies, and the Company maintains a patented technology portfolio comprising 55 patents in 14 patent families across 20 countries, with protection extending through 2038. VVT Med conducts commercial activities internationally through direct and distributor-led channels, including the United States, Italy, Vatican City, San Marino, Greece, Portugal, the Dominican Republic, India and Sri Lanka. The Company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and operates through wholly owned Israeli subsidiary VVT Med Ltd., which is based in Kfar Saba, Israel and serves as the legal manufacturer of its devices.
