- Pacer S&P World 3AI Top 300 ETF is a non-diversified, passively managed exchange-traded fund series of Pacer Funds Trust that seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the total-return performance of the S&P World 3AI Top 300 Index. The fund invests substantially all of its assets in the index’s component securities, generally using full replication, and provides investors with exchange-traded exposure to 300 large- and mid-capitalization companies in developed markets selected from the S&P World Index. Its shares trade on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker WDAI and may be bought and sold through brokers in the secondary market; institutional investors and authorized participants may create and redeem shares in large creation-unit blocks. The fund’s principal product is a global equity portfolio constructed through a rules-based artificial-intelligence and machine-learning methodology. The underlying index ranks eligible developed-market equities according to proprietary 3AI Alpha Intelligence Scores, which represent forecasts of 12-month excess returns relative to a global equity universe. The forecasting process uses company fundamentals, financial-statement and accounting information, analyst forecasts, market-price and liquidity data, corporate actions, institutional sentiment, valuation measures, technical indicators, macroeconomic data and business-cycle signals. The index selects the 300 highest-ranked securities, applies individual-security and sector weight limits, and is typically reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly. The fund may have material exposure to U.S. and Japanese securities and to information technology and other sectors represented in the index. It is managed by Pacer Advisors, Inc., with Bruce Kavanaugh and Danke Wang serving as portfolio managers under a committee-based, rules-driven approach; Pacer Financial, Inc., an affiliate of Pacer Advisors, acts as distributor. WDAI was launched in May 2026 as part of Pacer ETFs’ Custom ETF Series and represents a recent strategic expansion of Pacer’s AI-enabled investment offerings. The launch was conducted alongside the Pacer S&P 500 3AI Top 100 ETF, ticker PSAI, and followed a collaboration with S&P Dow Jones Indices, which compiles, maintains and calculates the benchmark, and 3AI, which provides the proprietary machine-learning-derived Alpha Intelligence Scores. The strategy combines passive index implementation with forward-looking AI-based return forecasts and human-overseen validation processes.
