Corgi U.S. Biotech 2x Daily ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund of Corgi ETF Trust I that seeks, before fees and expenses, daily investment results corresponding to two times the daily performance of the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI). The Fund provides leveraged exposure to U.S. biotechnology and life-sciences equities, principally through total-return swap agreements and other financial instruments rather than direct investment in constituent biotechnology stocks; collateral and liquidity assets may include U.S. Treasury money-market instruments and cash. Its shares trade under the ticker XBIX on Cboe BZX and are issued and redeemed continuously at net asset value in Creation Units. The Fund resets its targeted leverage daily and is designed to pursue its stated 2x objective for a single trading day only; returns over longer periods may differ materially from twice the cumulative return of XBI because of daily compounding and market volatility. XBIX targets sophisticated, actively monitoring investors seeking short-term leveraged biotechnology-sector exposure through a conventional brokerage account. The Fund carries a 0.45% expense ratio, is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC, distributed by Paralel Distributors LLC, custodied by U.S. Bank N.A., and administered and transfer-agent serviced by U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. The Fund commenced operations and was listed on June 3, 2026, representing Corgi’s recent expansion of its leveraged ETF product range; as of September 2026, its portfolio primarily comprised a swap providing approximately 200% daily exposure to XBI, supported by money-market collateral and cash positions.
