In recent major developments, Xebec completed a complex restructuring under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act in late 2023 involving eleven plans of arrangement across ten countries, resulting in asset sales including its Blainville facility and Compressed Air International to Ivys Inc. in February 2023, California Compression LLC and CDA Systems LLC to Sullair LLC, facilities in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Colorado, Tiger Filtration, and climate-tech assets with intellectual property to Ivys Adsorption Inc. supported by Enbridge, amid prior bankruptcy proceedings initiated in 2022.
