- Gold Terra Resource Corp. is actively involved in the exploration and advancement of gold properties within Canada. The company maintains full ownership of its extensive Yellowknife Project, a district-scale land package spanning over 900 square kilometers within the historic Yellowknife mining region of the Northwest Territories. This project notably encompasses the Northbelt, Southbelt, Eastbelt, and Quyta-Bell areas, covering approximately 70 kilometers of the highly productive Campbell Shear. Gold Terra also holds an option to acquire 100% of the former producing Con Mine property from Newmont, a critical addition extended through November 2027, which historically yielded more than 6.1 million ounces of gold. Additionally, the company controls the Mulligan property in New Brunswick, an early-stage exploration asset exhibiting promising gold and silver mineralization. The Yellowknife Project benefits from its proximity to Yellowknife City, offering ready access to essential infrastructure like all-season roads, an airport, and hydroelectric power, which helps facilitate exploration activities. Recent efforts include a C$7.0 million private placement in November 2025 to fund an aggressive 2025-2026 drilling campaign focused on expanding the high-grade gold resources along the Campbell Shear. Gold Terra Resource Corp. was established in 2007, originally as TerraX Minerals Inc., before adopting its current name in February 2020, and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
