Yanlord Land Group Limited is a real estate developer specializing in high-end fully fitted residential, commercial, and integrated property projects primarily in key and high-growth cities in the People's Republic of China and Singapore. Its core products and services include the development, sale, and leasing of residential properties such as apartment complexes and villas; commercial properties comprising offices, retail shops, serviced apartments, hotels, shopping malls, and recreation facilities; as well as property management services for both residential and commercial properties. Yanlord also operates in the hotel sector through its ParcVue Hospitality Group, which it launched in late 2023, marking its strategic expansion into hotel management alongside property ownership, an asset-light business approach aimed at generating enhanced returns from the hospitality market in China. The company is listed on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard since June 2006, with headquarters in Singapore. Recent major changes include Yanlord’s strategic alliances and acquisitions to strengthen its asset base and operational control. In 2025, Yanlord fully consolidated its interests in key subsidiaries by acquiring the remaining stakes in Xingheng (Shenzhen) Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Haikou Yanlord Property Co., Ltd., thereby gaining 100% ownership and enhancing operational synergy in these high-potential regions.
