Yellowstone Acquisition Company (NYSE: YSAC) is a blank check company whose sole business activity is to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Sponsored by a subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation, the company, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, maintains no significant operations or products beyond pursuing such transactions and holds cash proceeds from its initial public offering completed in October 2020, which raised approximately $136 million. In January 2022, Yellowstone Acquisition Company completed its business combination with Sky Harbour LLC, a developer and operator of private aviation hangar facilities; upon closing, the combined entity rebranded as Sky Harbour Group Corporation and its Class A common stock began trading on the NYSE American under the ticker SKYH, while Yellowstone's registration with the SEC was subsequently revoked.
