Headquartered in Rovinj, Croatia, the group traces its corporate origins to 1872 and was established in its modern holding structure in 2003. The company manages a portfolio of market-leading operating subsidiaries serving domestic, regional, and international retail and commercial customers. Through its Tourism division, operated primarily via Maistra d.d. and HUP Zagreb d.d., the company provides luxury, premium, and boutique hotel accommodations under the Maistra Collection, Maistra Select, and City Hotels brands; seaside vacation resorts, tourist apartments, and premium camping and glamping facilities under Maistra Camping; business convention, meeting, and event hosting facilities; wellness, spa, and recreational centers; marina berthing and nautical services; and full-service dining, culinary, and hospitality management across destinations in Rovinj, Vrsar, Zagreb, and Dubrovnik. Through its Insurance and Financial Services division, anchored by Croatia osiguranje d.d., the company offers non-life insurance coverage, including motor vehicle, property, casualty, marine, transport, and general liability insurance; life and personal accident insurance products; private supplementary and supplemental health insurance plans; private outpatient healthcare and specialized diagnostic services through its nationwide network of Croatia Poliklinika medical centers; asset management, pension fund, and leasing services; and digital insurance solutions through its proprietary Laqo digital platform. Through its Food and Mariculture division, operated by Cromaris d.d., the company breeds, farms, processes, and distributes premium Mediterranean white fish, providing fresh whole sea bass, sea bream, dentex, and greater amberjack; certified organic fish products; modified atmosphere packaging skin-pack fresh fillets; and value-added gourmet products, including smoked and marinated fish delicacies, to retail grocery chains and hospitality clients across Croatia, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. In recent strategic developments, Adris grupa has advanced a multi-year capital investment program exceeding several hundred million euros focused on asset modernization, digitalization, and green transition. In the tourism sector, the group has undertaken the comprehensive reconstruction and luxury repositioning of Hotel Marjan in Split, ongoing renovations of flagship urban properties including the Westin Zagreb, and continuous upscaling of its Istrian coastal campsites. In the insurance and healthcare segment, Croatia osiguranje has expanded its private healthcare infrastructure through new regional Croatia Poliklinika clinics and integrated artificial intelligence and telematics solutions into its Laqo platform to deliver automated claims processing and digital preventative health tools. In mariculture, Cromaris has scaled automated processing capacity and broadened distribution partnerships across Western European retail networks. Additionally, the group has diversified into green energy, developing utility-scale solar photovoltaic power plant projects in partnership with regional energy developers to accelerate group-wide decarbonization and self-sufficient electricity generation.
