In recent corporate developments, Jadran d.d. agreed to a major EUR 40.6 million recapitalization transaction in September 2026 through the issuance of 32.5 million new ordinary shares to Adriatic Resorts Group d.o.o., a strategic consortium formed by Aminess Hotels & Resorts, FEAL, and Texo Molior, transferring a 53.74 percent majority stake to the consortium while existing pension fund investors, including PBZ Croatia osiguranje and Erste Plavi, retained minority shareholdings. The transaction initiates an estimated EUR 100 million multi-year capital investment program dedicated to portfolio repositioning, refurbishment, and facility upgrades across its accommodation properties.
