SHEIN Global Holdings Limited is a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer and holding company that provides apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, home and lifestyle products through its digital platform, mobile applications and websites; it also operates an integrated marketplace for third-party merchants and brands. The company markets products under SHEIN, MOTF, SHEGLAM, DAZY, ROMWE, Glowmode, Anewsta, Musera and Aralina, and serves consumers, retailers and wholesalers across domestic and overseas markets, with operations spanning approximately 160 markets worldwide. Founded in China in 2012 and incorporated on 12 May 2014 in the Cayman Islands, the group is headquartered in Singapore and maintains major operating and administrative presence in Guangzhou, China. In recent periods, SHEIN has expanded its marketplace and brand portfolio, including the 2026 acquisition of Everlane, Inc. and the 2023 acquisition of Missguided, while also forming strategic partnerships and alliances with organizations including Lufthansa Cargo, DHL, Sinotrans, Singapore Fashion Council, Transfar Chemicals and other retail and logistics partners. The company has continued to invest in supply chain, sustainability and compliance initiatives, including marketplace seller education, enhanced product safety and quality protocols, circularity and recycling projects, supplier capability programs, and expanded logistics and logistics-decarbonization efforts. In August and September 2026, SHEIN completed its Hong Kong initial public offering and began trading under ticker 0625.HK, raising about HK$13.6 billion and further advancing its public-market transition following approval from Chinese regulators.
