Medcaptain Medical Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based medical device company engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of life-support, minimally invasive intervention and in vitro diagnostic medical devices and related consumables. Its life-support portfolio includes infusion workstations, volumetric infusion pumps, syringe pumps, enteral feeding pumps, anesthesia machines and associated disposable consumables; its minimally invasive intervention offerings include reusable and single-use endoscopes, endoscopic visualization and procedural equipment, and digestive-intervention consumables; and its in vitro diagnostic portfolio comprises medical testing instruments, analyzers, reagents and related diagnostic products. The Company serves hospitals and other healthcare providers, with its products used by more than 6,000 hospitals in China, including approximately 90% of Grade 3A hospitals, and marketed in more than 140 countries and regions. Medcaptain operates five research and development centers and six manufacturing centers in China and the United Kingdom. Founded in 2011, the Company is headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. Medcaptain is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under stock code 2041 and, as of March 31, 2026, maintains a portfolio of more than 320 products across its three principal business segments. In September 2026, the Company completed its Hong Kong initial public offering, raising approximately HK$600.0 million, with net proceeds designated for product-line research and development, manufacturing-capacity expansion, sales and marketing enhancement, potential global strategic investments and acquisitions, digital and information-technology upgrades, and working capital. The Company reported revenue of RMB1.62 billion and net profit of approximately RMB50.7 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared with a net loss in 2024, and continues to expand its international business, which accounted for 46.4% of revenue in the first quarter of 2026.
