Business
Adyton Resources Corporation is a mineral exploration and development company focused on gold and copper projects in Papua New Guinea, with its headquarters in Brisbane, Australia, and operations centered on the Feni Island Gold-Copper Project and the Fergusson Island Gold Project. Founded in 2010, the company advances a portfolio of island-based assets on the Pacific Ring of Fire through exploration, drilling, resource definition, permitting, technical studies, and project development; its main assets include the Kabang deposit on Feni Island and the Wapolu and Gameta deposits on Fergusson Island, with resources reported under NI 43-101 standards and an emphasis on both district-scale discovery growth and near-term cash flow potential. Recent company developments include an updated NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate for the Gameta Gold Project that increased indicated resources by 131%, filing of an NI 43-101 technical report for Gameta, receipt of an environmental permit for Wapolu, approval to extract and process a 20,000-tonne bulk sample at Wapolu, and ongoing drill results at Kabang, including a 167m intersection grading 1.14 g/t AuEq from surface. In 2025, Adyton closed an oversubscribed C$20 million financing, strengthened its board, reported additional Feni drill results, and advanced land ownership and baseline field work at the Wapolu joint venture. The company also operates through a joint venture structure with East Vision Investment Holdings, which is funding advancement of the Fergusson Island assets and is committed to providing up to US$9.5 million for feasibility, metallurgical, permitting, and bulk sample work, while Adyton retains a 50% free cash flow interest without capital outlay.
