Business
American Future Fuel Corporation (AFFCF) is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company focused on the strategic acquisition, exploration, and development of uranium projects in the United States. The company holds a 100% interest in the flagship Cebolleta Uranium Project located in the Grants Mineral Belt of New Mexico, which features a historical resource estimate of approximately 19 million pounds of U3O8; it also controls the Red Basin Uranium Project in New Mexico spanning 7,320 acres across 400 lode claims. Operations emphasize advanced geological research, drilling programs, resource estimation compliant with NI 43-101 standards, and technical reporting to identify high-potential uranium deposits in politically stable U.S. jurisdictions. Founded prior to 2022 and headquartered at 800-1199 West Hastings Street in Vancouver, Canada, the company targets the nuclear fuel sector serving utilities and energy producers seeking domestic alternative energy resources. In June 2024, Premier American Uranium Inc. completed the acquisition of 100% of American Future Fuel's issued shares through a court-approved plan of arrangement, making American Future Fuel a wholly owned subsidiary and delisting its shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange. The transaction involved issuing 15.5 million Premier American Uranium shares to former American Future Fuel shareholders at an exchange ratio of 0.170 of a Premier share per American Future Fuel share, enhancing Premier's portfolio across New Mexico's Grants Mineral Belt, Wyoming's Great Divide Basin, and Colorado's Uravan Mineral Belt. This strategic consolidation supports ongoing drill programs at Cebolleta and Cyclone projects, funded by cornerstone investors including Sachem Cove Partners, IsoEnergy Ltd., and Mega Uranium Ltd., while advancing toward preliminary economic assessment studies for over 23.5 million pounds of uranium resources.
