Agfa-Gevaert NV (AFGVY) develops, produces and distributes analogue and digital imaging systems and IT solutions primarily for the printing industry, healthcare sector and specific industrial applications; its core offerings span Digital Print & Chemicals, including wide-format inkjet printers such as the Anapurna and Avanti series, workflow software like Asanti, dedicated inks, cutting machines, inkjet media and pressroom chemicals; Radiology Solutions, encompassing digital radiography systems, computed radiography, direct radiography flat panels, X-ray films, hardcopy films, printers, MUSICA image processing software and SmartXR intelligent workflow assistants; HealthCare IT, featuring the Enterprise Imaging Platform with cloud and SaaS solutions, XERO Universal Viewer, PACS systems, reporting tools, cardiology applications, data storage and AI-enhanced imaging; and Specialty Products such as ZIRFON electrolysis membranes for green hydrogen production, synthetic paper, industrial imaging films for printed circuit boards and non-destructive testing, aerial photography films, industrial foils, conductive materials and ID security solutions. Headquartered in Mortsel, Belgium, the company was founded in 1867 through the origins of Agfa in Germany and Gevaert in Belgium, which merged in 1964, and operates production facilities in nine countries including Belgium, the United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, China and Brazil, with sales presence in over 40 countries worldwide.
