Recent developments include its emergence as an L1 bidder, with GR Infraprojects and SRIT India under a consortium arrangement, for BharatNet Phase III Package 16 in Kerala; expansion into the railway-signalling vertical through its first project in that segment; and the award of large telecom, sewerage and gas-pipeline contracts. As of June 30, 2026, the Company reported 23 ongoing projects with an aggregate order book of approximately ₹10.05 billion, comprising four telecom-infrastructure projects, 14 sewerage projects, four gas-pipeline projects and one railway-signalling project. In September 2026, Annu Projects completed a ₹1.75 billion initial public offering consisting entirely of newly issued shares and listed its equity shares on the BSE and NSE; the Company intends to use the proceeds principally for working-capital needs, machinery and equipment capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.
