American Resources Corporation maintains operations across the United States, with key refining facilities in Noblesville and Marion, Indiana, targeting infrastructure developers, electrification supply chains, steelmakers and advanced manufacturers in North America. The company sources critical minerals from over 120 million tons of permitted coal waste deposits in Kentucky and West Virginia, leveraging environmentally sustainable extraction technologies that minimize chemical use and repurpose mining liabilities into high-purity outputs exceeding 99.9%. Recent developments include the October 2025 closing of a $33 million PIPE financing and a subsequent $40 million private placement to accelerate rare earth mine development from coal waste; the November 2025 completion of a merger with American Infrastructure Corporation; a $1.4 billion partnership announced in November 2025 between ReElement Technologies, Vulcan Elements and the U.S. Department of War's Office of Strategic Capital, providing $700 million in matched loans ($620 million to Vulcan and $80 million to ReElement) to build domestic rare earth magnet production capacity up to 10,000 metric tons annually of neodymium-iron-boron magnets; a strategic alliance in November 2025 with TMK LLC of Uzbekistan for tungsten concentrates refining and future expansion into germanium, lithium and rare earths; long-term offtake agreements with POSCO International for rare earth oxides and ERI for recycled magnet processing; and expansions of Noblesville refining capacity by 141% to over 200 metric tons annually alongside Marion Supersite scaling to 2,500-3,500 metric tons per year of magnet-grade materials.
