AnteoTech Limited (ASX:ADO) develops, manufactures, commercializes and distributes advanced material solutions leveraging proprietary binding chemistry platform technology for the life sciences and advanced battery materials markets. The company, founded in 1995 and headquartered in Eight Mile Plains, Queensland, Australia, operates globally with sales and partnerships across Europe, Asia, North America and other regions; it changed its name from Anteo Diagnostics Limited in November 2019. In life sciences, AnteoTech supplies AnteoBind and AnteoBind NXT, patented bioconjugation reagents that bind biomolecules to surfaces for point-of-care and in-vitro diagnostics, immunoassay development, vaccine production, biosensors and contract services including proof-of-concept to manufacturing; these products reduce antibody usage, improve assay reproducibility and enable faster, more sensitive tests for healthcare, agriculture and veterinary applications. In advanced battery technologies, the company offers AnteoX, a cross-linking additive that enhances high-silicon anode performance in lithium-ion batteries by improving cycle life and reducing additive costs such as carbon nanotubes or binders; Ultranode, a family of high-silicon anode formulations (including Ultranode 95, Ultranode 70 and Ultranode X) delivering up to 2,400 mAh/g capacity, over 90% first-cycle efficiency and cycle life exceeding 1,000 at 70% retention for electric vehicles, energy storage, consumer electronics, wearables, drones and e-mobility; and supporting contract services. Recent developments include a five-year US$1.8 million supply agreement with Serum Institute of India for AnteoBind with FY2025 orders of US$580,000; a binding term sheet for a Joint Development Agreement with Black Diamond Structures (USA) to commercialize AnteoX combined with carbon nanotube technology for high-silicon batteries; an evaluation agreement with Wyon (Switzerland) for Ultranode in miniature batteries; achievement of 890 cycles at 80% capacity retention for 70% silicon anodes; a commercial evaluation with Vidcare Innovations for AnteoBind NXT in hyperthyroidism diagnostics; appointment of a South Korean distributor for battery products; expansion of AnteoX production capacity to 80,000 liters annually under ISO 9001 certification; and pursuit of strategic partnerships with chemical suppliers, battery manufacturers and big pharma targeting India, USA, Europe and potentially China.
