Business
B100 S.A. is a Brazil-based renewable energy and agribusiness corporation primarily engaged in the production, processing, commercialization, and distribution of biofuels, agricultural commodities, and bio-industrial co-products. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, the company operates integrated industrial processing facilities and logistics hubs strategically located across major agricultural regions in Brazil to supply clean fuels and agricultural derivatives to domestic and international markets. The company operates primarily through three core business segments: Biofuels, Agricultural Origination and Processing, and Bio-Industrial Derivatives. Its comprehensive product and service portfolio includes: B100 biodiesel, comprising pure, unblended methyl and ethyl esters produced from vegetable oils and animal fats for mandatory and voluntary fuel blending by licensed distributors; crude, degummed, and refined vegetable oils, utilized as renewable fuel feedstocks as well as raw materials for food and industrial processing; high-protein soybean meal, hulls, and customized feed rations, developed for the commercial animal nutrition, livestock, and poultry sectors; pharmaceutical-grade, technical-grade, and distilled glycerin, supplied to chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food manufacturing industries; bio-based fatty acids and oleochemical derivatives, formulated for lubricants, coatings, and polymer applications; and integrated agricultural origination, grain storage, quality testing, and intermodal freight logistics services tailored for agricultural producers and industrial off-takers. In recent developments, B100 S.A. has executed strategic growth initiatives and operational enhancements to capitalize on expanding renewable fuel mandates. The company completed capacity debottlenecking and plant modernization projects across its core processing units, significantly raising its annual B100 biodiesel and oil refining output. B100 S.A. entered into long-term feedstock supply and off-take partnerships with prominent regional agricultural cooperatives and large-scale fuel distribution networks, securing stable feedstock flows and guaranteed distribution channels. Furthermore, the company launched an upgraded high-purity refined glycerin product line to address growing international demand, expanded its certification footprint under national decarbonization frameworks to increase the generation and issuance of decarbonization credits (CBIOs), and implemented automated supply chain tracking systems to enhance operational traceability and logistical cost efficiency.
