The company's product and service offerings comprise fashion and cellulosic yarns, including modal, micromodal, lyocell (Tencel), viscose, bamboo, organic cotton, linen, silk, wool, cashmere, and melange blends; functional performance yarns, including moisture-wicking, thermo-regulating, and skin-care fiber blends engineered with Coolmax, Thermolite, Umorfil, SeaCell, Smartcel, Trevira, polyester, polyamide, and acrylic; technical and protective yarns, including inherently flame-retardant, heat-resistant, arc-flash-protective, and high-tenacity yarns manufactured using Lenzing FR, modacrylic, Kermel, Twaron, Technora, meta-aramid, and para-aramid fibers; knitted and technical fabrics, including single jersey, rib, interlock, fleece, pique, and custom-engineered flame-resistant knitted textiles; and contract spinning, yarn dyeing, custom fiber blending, and textile product development services. In recent developments, Karsu Tekstil executed a comprehensive capital restructuring in 2026 via a 300 percent rights issue to strengthen its financial foundation and support working capital requirements, increasing its paid-in capital from TRY 35.1 million to TRY 140.4 million. In addition, the company established a dedicated Sustainability Committee to advance corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, while actively modernizing its production lines and realigning its energy management strategy to optimize operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing carbon intensity.
