For business clients, its commercial banking segment provides specialized business deposit accounts, commercial credit card products, business loans and commercial mortgages, sophisticated cash management tools, foreign exchange services, treasury and payment processing solutions, and strategic risk management offerings. Furthermore, BMO offers extensive wealth management services, covering investment and financial advisory, digital investing platforms, asset management, and crucial trust and estate planning. The company's Capital Markets division serves corporate, institutional, and government clients with debt and equity underwriting, corporate lending and project financing, strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and valuations.
