The company offers investor communication services including proxy statements, annual reports, shareholder communications, virtual annual meetings, and regulatory filings; trading platforms and post-trade processing for equities, fixed income, and multi-asset classes; portfolio management applications, position management, analytics, risk modules, trade affirmation, corporate action processing, reconciliations, and business process outsourcing; data aggregation, analytics, regulatory intelligence, fund reporting, and global market insights; retirement plan technologies encompassing participant onboarding, managed accounts, retirement income solutions, and engagement tools; and omni-channel customer communication automation across financial services and consumer industries. Broadridge operates globally with over 15,000 associates in 21 countries, including principal locations in North America, Europe, and Asia, processing over 7 billion communications annually and supporting daily trading volumes exceeding $15 trillion in securities. Founded in 1962 as part of ADP Brokerage Services Group and spun off from Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in 2007, the company maintains headquarters in Lake Success, New York. Recent developments include the July 2025 agreement to acquire Acolin, a Zurich-based provider of cross-border fund distribution and regulatory services across more than 30 European countries, to establish a pan-European distribution network, enhance fund launch processes, compliance operations, and distribution insights for asset managers; the August 2025 acquisition of Signal, a UK-based firm specializing in digital customer communications for financial services; and the September 2025 acquisition of iJoin, a retirement plan technology provider offering enrollment, data aggregation, managed accounts, and participant engagement solutions.
