The company also maintains an export presence spanning Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, distributing products to international destinations including Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Kenya, Nepal, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. In recent corporate developments, Advance Agrolife completed its initial public offering (IPO) in October 2025, listing its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE: ADVANCE) and the BSE Limited after raising approximately INR 192.86 crore in fresh capital to support working capital requirements and business growth. The company has undertaken significant manufacturing capacity expansions, including initiating construction of a greenfield technical-grade pesticide manufacturing facility (Unit-5) covering over 17,700 square meters at Dahej GIDC in Bharuch, Gujarat, and advancing construction of its Unit-4 technical plant in Gidani, Rajasthan. Additionally, Advance Agrolife executed a strategic INR 25 crore expansion at its existing Jaipur manufacturing hub to add 8,700 metric tonnes of annual capacity for Pretilachlor technical and PEDA intermediates, and secured a commercial supply contract valued at INR 30.37 crore from National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) for agrochemical products.
