Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Ballabhgarh, Haryana, it operates plants in locations such as Ghatsila, Bihar, and Ballabhgarh, Haryana, with a fleet of cryogenic transport tanks for nationwide distribution of liquefied gases and serves industrial customers across India. Recent activities include routine board approvals of quarterly and annual financial results through May 2025, secretarial auditor changes in April 2024, its 52nd annual general meeting in September 2024, and compliance filings such as trading window closures and depository certificates under SEBI regulations.
