In October 2024, the company faced U.S. Treasury sanctions for allegedly exporting dual-use roller bearings and assemblies to Russia via a designated entity, incurring significant legal expenses of ₹25.59 crores and reporting a Q2 FY2025 net loss of ₹6.77 lakhs amid 10.56% revenue decline; it appointed Mrs. Bhumikaben Mukeshbhai Teli as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective October 27, 2025, and scheduled its 35th annual general meeting for November 25, 2025.
