INDO-MIM Limited is a global precision engineering and manufacturing company that specializes in advanced metal injection molding, investment casting, additive manufacturing, and precision machining solutions. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, the company designs, develops, and manufactures complex, high-precision metal and ceramic components for mission-critical applications across the aerospace, medical devices, automotive, defense, consumer electronics, and general industrial sectors. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of precision-engineered products and end-to-end manufacturing services, which includes: metal injection molded components, such as aerospace fasteners, brackets, and fluid system connectors; medical device parts, including surgical stapler housings, laparoscopic instrument jaws, orthopedic implants, and orthodontic brackets; automotive powertrain components, fuel injection parts, turbocharger hardware, and sensor housings; firearm mechanisms, including triggers, hammers, and sighting systems; precision investment castings, comprising air-melt, vacuum-melt, and reverse-cast structural components for demanding thermal and mechanical operating environments; additive manufacturing and 3D printing solutions, including industrial binder jetting, selective laser melting, rapid functional prototyping, and series-production metal parts; ceramic injection molded components engineered for extreme wear, thermal barrier, and electrical insulation requirements; specialized metal materials, including customized gas-atomized metal powders and proprietary feedstock formulations for additive and molding applications; precision tooling and mold fabrication services, covering in-house design and construction of complex multi-cavity injection molds, dies, fixtures, and precision gauges; and extensive post-processing and finishing services, comprising multi-axis CNC machining, grinding, wire electrical discharge machining, vacuum and sealed-quench heat treatment, surface treatment, electroless nickel and trivalent chromium plating, physical vapor deposition coatings, and cleanroom mechanical sub-assembly and integration. INDO-MIM Limited maintains an international operational footprint comprising 15 manufacturing facilities located across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Mexico, serving over 1,100 customers across more than 30 countries. In recent corporate developments, the company converted from a private entity into a public limited company and completed its initial public offering in July 2026, listing its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE. In 2025, the company completed the strategic acquisition of United States-based Phoenix DeVentures II Inc., subsequently rebranded as PDV MedTech, expanding its medical device design, product development, and turnkey contract manufacturing capabilities. Furthermore, INDO-MIM Limited established a strategic collaboration with HP to integrate industrial metal binder jetting systems at its Bengaluru manufacturing hub, while continuing to expand production capacities across its global manufacturing network.
