Business
Magenta Lifecare Limited is an India-based manufacturer and distributor of mattresses, pillows, foam products, and sleep wellness solutions. The company designs, produces, and markets a broad range of comfort products under its proprietary brand name, Magenta. Its product portfolio comprises mattresses, including memory foam, orthopedic, natural latex, bonded foam, pocketed spring, dual-comfort, herbal-infused (including bamboo charcoal and green tea varieties), and specialized pet bed mattresses; pillows, including moulded memory foam, ergonomic cervical contour, and cooling gel pillows; bedding accessories and furniture, including adjustable hydraulic bed frames, mattress protectors, toppers, and cushions; and processed raw foam materials, including polyurethane (PU) foam sheets, rebonded foam blocks, and custom-cut foam components supplied for upholstery and industrial applications. Magenta Lifecare serves both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) markets across India through a multi-channel distribution model encompassing authorized dealer networks, multi-brand retail outlets, e-commerce platforms, and direct institutional sales channels catering to the hospitality, healthcare, and corporate housing sectors. Founded in August 2015, the company is headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, where it operates its primary manufacturing infrastructure. In recent developments, Magenta Lifecare completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listed its equity shares on the BSE SME platform in June 2024, raising INR 70 million in fresh capital to fund working capital requirements and strategic growth initiatives. The company has expanded its manufacturing capabilities by commissioning an additional 20,000-square-foot production facility adjacent to its existing Vadodara plant and broadened its institutional footprint by securing major corporate supply orders, including a landmark contract to supply 6,000 mattresses to Reliance Industries in April 2026.
