The company shifted from manufacturing to the media and entertainment sector in 2010-11, merged with Gandhar Media Limited in 2012-13, and launched Insync on August 15, 2013; in 2024, Exhicon Events Media Solutions approves acquisition of a 76% stake for ₹8.5 crore via cash and share swap. It reports Q1 FY2026 unaudited results showing ₹7.28 lakh revenue and ₹15.91 lakh loss as of June 2025, amid ongoing data backup issues. Ganeshkumar Kuppan serves as executive chairman and managing director.
