Rajnandini Fashion India Limited designs, manufactures, processes, and markets women's ethnic, casual, and western apparel across domestic and digital retail markets. The company operates through two primary business segments: Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B). Its core product portfolio comprises ethnic wear, including sarees, embroidered and printed kurtis, kurta-pant-dupatta sets, unstitched and semi-stitched suit materials, and Patiala salwar suits; western and casual apparel, including cotton tops, crop tops, tunics, shirts, mini and maxi dresses, and coordinated sets; specialized apparel, including maternity gowns and plus-size garments; and wholesale textile products, including dyed plain fabrics, printed cotton, and synthetic dress materials. Rajnandini Fashion markets its apparel lines under proprietary brand names, including Rajnandini, Merira, Monira, and Roly Poly. The company sells directly to end consumers via its proprietary e-commerce portal and third-party digital marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and LimeRoad, while supplying bulk fabrics and finished garments to textile wholesalers, garment processors, and retail chains across India. Founded in 2010 as Vyoum Trade Link Private Limited and subsequently known as Jainam Overseas Private Limited, the company is headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and operates manufacturing and processing facilities in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and Surat, Gujarat. In recent developments, the company completed its corporate reorganization and conversion into a public limited entity under the name Rajnandini Fashion India Limited in January 2025. In June 2026, the company completed its initial public offering on the BSE SME platform, raising approximately INR 18.21 crore in fresh equity capital to fund the establishment and expansion of its manufacturing facilities in Surat and Jaipur, repay existing debt obligations, and support working capital requirements.
