Business
Rotographics (India) Limited, rebranding as Novalum Materials Limited, is an India-based trading, distribution, and non-ferrous materials manufacturing company. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in New Delhi, India, the company operates as an intermediary supply chain partner and distributor of industrial commodities while expanding into secondary metal processing. The company's core product and service portfolio comprises industrial paper and packaging supplies, including Kraft paper, duplex board, coated paper, newsprint, and waste paper; industrial materials and merchandise, such as steel products, heavy machinery, and textile fabrics; commercial converting and printing supplies, including paper wrappers, foils, poly papers, cellophane, and industrial dyes; and non-ferrous metal products, consisting of recycled aluminum alloy ingots and molten aluminum engineered for downstream industrial, engineering, and automotive applications. In recent developments, the company executed a major strategic expansion into the metal recycling and aluminum manufacturing industry through the acquisition of a controlling stake of up to 51% in Teneron Limited, a non-ferrous metal recycling enterprise. In alignment with this strategic transformation, the company received shareholder approval to change its name from Rotographics (India) Limited to Novalum Materials Limited, executed a 1-for-5 share sub-division reducing share face value from INR 10 to INR 2, increased its authorized share capital to INR 40 crore, and raised its borrowing limits to INR 100 crore to fund operational scaling and capacity growth across Indian domestic markets.
