- Shree TNB Polymers Limited is an India-based polymer processing and manufacturing company specializing in the production of thermoplastic piping systems, solid industrial polymer sheets, and corrugated packaging products. Incorporated in 2007 and headquartered in Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, India, the company originated from the consolidation of three predecessor partnership businesses: Noble Polymers, Tirupati Plastic Industries, and Balaji Polymers.
The company operates across three core product divisions: the Piping Division, marketed under the Noble brand, which manufactures high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, polypropylene homopolymer (PPH) pipes, polypropylene (PP) pipes, medium-density polyethylene (MDPE) pipes, micro-irrigation and drip irrigation systems, electrofusion fittings, and molded pipe accessories for municipal water supply, agricultural, and industrial fluid transport; the Solid Industrial Sheets Division, marketed under the Tirupati brand, which produces HDPE solid sheets, PP solid sheets, ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) sheets, and polymer block sheets utilized in chemical equipment lining, fabrication, and industrial engineering applications; and the Corrugated and Flute Board Sheets Division, marketed under the Wellpack brand, which manufactures polypropylene corrugated flute boards, plastic storage boxes, separator pads, and protective packaging solutions used in advertising, logistics, and material handling.
Shree TNB Polymers Limited serves a diversified customer base spanning agriculture, municipal infrastructure, chemical manufacturing, engineering, and logistics industries through a nationwide distribution network comprising more than 325 dealers and distributors alongside direct institutional and government enterprise sales.
In recent developments, the company completed its initial public offering (IPO) on the BSE SME platform in October 2026, raising approximately INR 31.80 crore in fresh equity capital. The company is deploying the proceeds toward capital expenditures to expand manufacturing capacity at its Silvassa facility, procure advanced extrusion and molding machinery, install an on-site rooftop solar power generation system to optimize operational energy efficiency, and repay outstanding borrowings to strengthen its balance sheet and support ongoing working capital requirements.
