Sampark India Logistics Limited is an India-based integrated third-party logistics (3PL) and supply chain management solutions provider. The company delivers end-to-end logistics solutions across diverse industry sectors, operating through four principal business segments: Surface Transportation, Warehousing & Distribution, International Freight Forwarding, and Value-Added Supply Chain Services. Its Surface Transportation segment comprises full-truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) road freight; dedicated fleet contract carriage; express cargo transit; containerized freight transport; project logistics for over-dimensional and heavy-lift cargo; and multimodal road-rail logistics solutions. The Warehousing & Distribution segment provides Grade-A multi-client and build-to-suit warehousing facilities; ambient and temperature-controlled storage; automated inventory management and cycle auditing; cross-docking; pick, pack, and ship fulfillment; palletization and depalletization; and regional hub-and-spoke distribution services. Its International Freight Forwarding division provides domestic and international air cargo handling; ocean freight forwarding including Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) consolidation; customs brokerage, clearance, and regulatory compliance; and intermodal shipping coordination. The Value-Added Services segment delivers reverse logistics and returns handling; product kitting, labeling, barcoding, and repackaging; transit risk mitigation; and IoT-enabled real-time tracking, telematics, and digital supply chain visibility platforms. Sampark India Logistics Limited serves enterprise clients across multiple industries, including automotive and components, consumer electronics, retail and e-commerce, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and industrial manufacturing. Geographically, the company maintains an extensive pan-India operational network with branch offices, regional transit hubs, and modern fulfillment centers across major industrial corridors in northern, western, southern, and eastern India. In recent corporate developments, the company converted into a public entity and listed its equity shares on the BSE (Ticker: SILL) to accelerate capital investments and business expansion. Within the last two years, the company has significantly expanded its Grade-A warehousing capacity across tier-1 and tier-2 consumption hubs, upgraded its core digital infrastructure through enterprise-grade Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with automated route optimization, established long-term strategic contracts with major manufacturing and e-commerce enterprises, and commenced the integration of electric vehicles (EVs) into its urban delivery fleet for sustainable middle- and last-mile operations. Founded in 2013, Sampark India Logistics Limited is headquartered in New Delhi, India.
