Everyday Kitchen targets the economic segment while Spitze by Everyday focuses on premium offerings, with additional kitchen and wardrobe accessories for the Indian market such as pull-out baskets, drawer organizers, cutlery trays, corner units, pantry units, wardrobe hangers, shoe racks, trouser racks, and modular kitchen components. The company, founded in 1997 and headquartered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, operates primarily in the consumer durables houseware industry, serving domestic dealers and distributors across all Indian states as well as export markets including the USA, Asia, and Europe; it caters to home storage solutions, commercial refrigeration, supermarkets, and industrial storage sectors through its metal wire products and sheet metal components. Recent developments include a partnership with Royal Challengers Bengaluru for IPL 2025 announced in March 2025, an investment in associate company Arrowin Metaltech India Private Limited in January 2025, approval in July 2025 for migration of equity shares from BSE SME to the main board with 100% shareholder votes in favor following a board proposal in June 2025, acquisition of fully automatic powder coating equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities, maintenance of a subsidiary Noggah Lifestyle Products Private Limited, board approval of financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025 in May 2025 showing sales growth to Rs 43.68 crore and net profit of Rs 4.82 crore, and an ongoing analyst and investor plant visit in February 2025.
