In recent developments, Swojas Foods approved amendments to expand its business scope into food processing, pharmaceuticals, real estate, IT services, education, power generation, printing, waste management, and environmental services, pending shareholder approval at its 11th AGM scheduled for September 5, 2025; the board also approved raising up to Rs 90 crore via convertible warrants, director resignations and appointments including new independent directors, and postponement of a rights issue as of October 2025.
