In recent developments, Ventura sold its land, plant, machinery and assets on April 27, 2023, exiting textile manufacturing to shift toward trading activities; proposed adding new business lines in brewery, distilleries, aerated water and mineral water subject to shareholder and regulatory approval; announced a private placement of common shares on August 14, 2025; and saw executive director Abhijit Rao transition to non-executive role effective May 10, 2024, amid ongoing net losses and capital reduction efforts to address accumulated deficits.
