- SIN CARS Industry AD is a Bulgaria-based automotive manufacturer specializing in the design, engineering, and production of multi-purpose electric utility vehicles, high-performance sports cars, and specialized automotive components. Founded in 2012 by automotive engineer and racing driver Rosen Daskalov and headquartered in Ruse, Bulgaria, the company is publicly traded on the BEAM growth market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SIN. The company targets commercial fleet operators, municipal services, urban logistics providers, hospitality businesses, and motorsport teams across Europe and international markets.
The company operates primarily through two core automotive divisions: commercial electric vehicles and high-performance racing and sports cars. Its flagship electric mobility line is the L CITY modular vehicle platform, designed for urban last-mile delivery, municipal services, and passenger transportation. The L CITY lineup includes the L CITY Carrier, configured with sliding access doors for urban courier and parcel logistics; the L CITY Pickup, engineered for light municipal and utility cargo transport; the L CITY Koffer, equipped with standard and temperature-controlled refrigerated box van bodies for perishable goods and pharmaceutical transport; and the L CITY Sun, an open-top multi-passenger electric vehicle tailored for resort, tourism, and shuttle applications. The platform features standardized modular chassis architecture, recyclable composite panels, integrated photovoltaic roof solar panels for supplementary battery charging, and proprietary battery management systems. In its sports car division, the company manufactures the SIN R1 series of high-performance road and track vehicles, including the SIN R1 450, SIN R1 550, SIN R1 650, SIN R1 VTX, and the homologated SIN R1 GT4 competition race car. In addition to complete vehicle assembly, SIN CARS Industry AD provides custom automotive engineering, tubular spaceframe chassis fabrication, carbon composite component manufacturing, electric powertrain integration, and racing support services.
In recent developments, SIN CARS Industry AD has accelerated its strategic transition toward mass commercialization and volume manufacturing of its L CITY electric vehicle platform. The company secured European Union type-approval for small-series production of the L CITY platform, enabling commercial distribution across European markets. To finance the scaling of vehicle assembly and working capital requirements, the company entered into a 3.9 million Bulgarian levs credit facility agreement with the state-owned Bulgarian Development Bank. The company has also advanced its regional operational strategy by expanding manufacturing operations in Ruse, Bulgaria, and developing plans for additional production capacity in Giurgiu, Romania, to support European logistics demand. Driven by commercial fleet deliveries, the company increased its annual revenue to approximately 7.61 million levs in 2024 while maintaining its position as a key component of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange BEAMX growth index.
