Rivian maintains strategic partnerships, including a joint venture with Volkswagen Group for software and electrical systems backed by up to $5.8 billion in investments, with $1 billion received in June 2025 following Q1 gross profit; advances its Gen 2 platform targeting 45% material cost reductions by 2026, positive adjusted EBITDA by 2027, and R2 midsize SUV launch in first-half 2026; reports Q3 2025 revenue growth of 78% year-over-year and $24 million consolidated gross profit; and schedules an Autonomy & AI Day for December 11, 2025.
