The company also announced a $100 million equity grant to reward its workforce, reflecting its investment in employee engagement. Financially, BrightSpring reported strong growth with third-quarter 2025 revenues reaching $3.334 billion, a 28.2% year-over-year increase, driven by robust performance in both Pharmacy Solutions and Provider Services segments.
