C.A. Telares de Palo Grande is a Venezuelan vertically integrated textile manufacturing company that designs, produces, and commercializes home textiles, institutional linens, and processed fabrics. Founded in 1920 and headquartered in Caracas, Venezuela, the company operates primarily through its flagship consumer brand, Ama de Casa, established in 1955. Its Class C common shares trade on the Bolsa de Valores de Caracas under the ticker symbol TPG. The company operates an integrated industrial complex covering approximately 40,000 square meters in the Ruiz Pineda industrial zone of Caracas, encompassing full-cycle manufacturing capabilities from raw cotton preparation, yarn spinning, and flat and terrycloth weaving to organic chemical dyeing, finishing, cutting, and tailoring. C.A. Telares de Palo Grande manufactures and markets a diverse portfolio of textile products organized into several key categories: bath collections, comprising 100% cotton bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath sheets, floor mats, and cotton velour and terry bathrobes offered in assorted weights, weaves, and dimensions; bedroom linens, comprising flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, quilts, and quilted comforters engineered from pure cotton and blended fabrics; kitchen and dining textiles, comprising terry and waffle-weave dish towels, table linens, aprons, oven mitts, and pot holders; and institutional textile solutions, comprising heavy-duty, high-durability bed and bath linen programs supplied directly to hospitality chains, healthcare centers, and corporate facilities. The company additionally produces intermediate textile goods, including spun cotton yarns and greige fabrics for industrial converters. C.A. Telares de Palo Grande distributes its products through a multi-channel commercial structure that integrates company-owned and franchised Ama de Casa boutique stores, national department store chains, hypermarkets, regional wholesalers, institutional contract channels, and a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform. Geographically, the company serves the nationwide Venezuelan market and maintains international export operations across Latin America, supplying markets including Chile, Costa Rica, and Peru. In recent corporate and operational developments, C.A. Telares de Palo Grande held an Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting in August 2026 to review and approve its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, in accordance with National Securities Superintendency (SUNAVAL) standards, while electing new principal and alternate members to its Board of Directors and appointing external statutory auditors. The company has also executed capital stock regularizations through the capitalization of equity reserves to reinforce its equity base on the Bolsa de Valores de Caracas. Operationally, the firm has advanced continuous upgrades across its Ruiz Pineda spinning and weaving lines to optimize fiber conversion efficiency, expanded its digital commerce and direct fulfillment logistics, and deepened regional export initiatives to diversify foreign currency revenue streams across targeted Latin American territories.
