CITBA Financial Corporation (CBAF) operates as a bank holding company that owns and manages Citizens Bank, providing a full range of community banking services through nine full-service offices and ATMs/ITMs primarily in Morgan, Hendricks, Johnson, and Marion counties in central Indiana. The bank offers deposit products including community, relationship, student, heritage, and heroes checking accounts; regular, money market, premium rate plus, junior, and health savings accounts; certificates of deposit; and individual retirement accounts; as well as business checking accounts; personal and business credit cards; and digital services such as online banking, bill pay, mobile banking, remote deposit, and eStatements. It provides lending solutions encompassing commercial, commercial real estate, residential mortgage, and consumer loans including auto, RV, boat, real estate, construction, equipment, and vehicle loans; lines of credit; letters of credit; leases; and SBA products; alongside treasury and cash management services. Founded in 1931 and headquartered in Mooresville, Indiana, the company operates in the regional banking sector targeting individuals, families, and businesses in its local markets.
