Complementary offerings include aluminum aerosols, specialty bottles, folded instructional leaflets, precision decorated die-cut components, electronic displays, and polymer banknote substrates. Founded in 1951 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with additional corporate offices in Framingham, Massachusetts, CCL Industries employs approximately 26,300 people across 213 production facilities in 42 countries spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East. In June 2024, the company completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% interest in its Middle East joint venture Pacman-CCL from Albwardy Investment LLC for approximately $143 million, gaining full ownership of label production facilities in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. Recent bolt-on acquisitions for the Avery segment include badging and credentials technology providers in October 2025 for $19 million and June 2025 for $5.6 million, enhancing portfolios in access control, retail, hospitality, live events, and conferencing markets; the company also projects $485 million in capital spending for 2025 with a focus on RFID growth, repurchased 2.6 million shares for $200.6 million in 2024, and increased its dividend by 9.4%.
