The company was established in 2001, initially operating as Centric Health Corporation before rebranding to CareRx Corporation in June 2020. Its corporate headquarters are located in Toronto, Canada. CareRx has recently expanded its geographic footprint, including opening a new state-of-the-art pharmacy in British Columbia in October 2024, and initiated a quarterly dividend in September 2025.
