CMC maintains an extensive network of over 210 facilities across the United States, Poland, the United Kingdom, Central Europe, and Asia, serving markets in construction, transportation, energy, and manufacturing with a focus on 100% recycled scrap inputs and innovative processes like micro mills and net-zero steel. Recent strategic expansions include the October 2025 agreement to acquire Foley Products Company for nearly $2 billion to build a leading U.S. precast concrete platform in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, complemented by the December 1, 2025 completion of the $675 million acquisition of Concrete Pipe & Precast, LLC, which together enable 35 facilities across 14 states, higher margins, and $25-30 million in annual synergies; earlier moves encompass the April 2022 acquisition of Tensar for $550 million and various 2023 purchases like Roane Metals Group and EDSCO Fasteners.
